Open Adobe Premier-Pro CS4

1.The programme should now be open, at the bottom left there should be a drop-down box (media browser) that has all of your documents available, select the clips you want in your project.
2.Drag and drop the clips you want into the editing browser, which is just above the media browser.
3.Once all of your clips are there you should watch each one and name them suitably, this will help when editing because if you have scenes you don't want to use, you can name them so.

starting a production

This post is aimed at showing you how to start off with your film editing, using Adobe Premiere Pro CS4.

1. Open the programme and click 'New Project'.
2. Name your Project and then click 'Ok'.
3. Select 1080p, a dropdown menu should come up and the you should select 'AVCHD 1080p HD'
