Timelines- Adding video and audio.

Timelines are where your video and audio clips are placed in the film making process.
the timeline is located at the bottom right in Adobe premier pro.

While all of your clips are in the timeline this is where you will be doing most of your editing and adding sound effects.

Firstly you will want to drag over your clips that you have already sorted into which order you want them in (drag these clips one at a time into "Video 1").

You can also add audio into your timeline into positions of your choice in your film, just go to your documents on the left of the timeline and drag an audio clip into the editing box above the timeline then change the length of the audio if you please with these '{' '}', these show where you want your audio clip to start and where you want it to finish, this is also how you crop video footage.
After you have done this you can drag over your cropped audio clip and insert it into "Audio 1" and place it anywhere on the timeline under your film clips.
